Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in 20-30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

– Proactive support to the Office Manager
– Handle requests and queries from senior managers
– Provide general support to visitors
– Keeping regular contact with the accountant and company lawyer
– Complete records management (handling incoming and outgoing documents, archiving, contract, invoice management)
– Submit and reconcile reports
– Assisting finance with processing invoices, scanning, uploading and archiving invoices
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain files, reports, and schedules.
– Organize and schedule appointments, meetings
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Work with other employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
– Travel desk support
– Organize Job fairs
– Ad hoc tasks

Requirements

– Knowledge of MS Office applications
– Comfortable command of English both written and spoken
– Good social and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work and complete tasks independently
– Student status with a Hungarian University
