HR Services Internship


HR Services (HRS) center was launched in 2015 in Budapest, we support 17 countries, covering around 15000 employees around EMEA, we speak 8 different languages and we are 7 nationalities, we are diverce multinational and continuously growing team.

We provide HR administrational services serving the HR community, Managers & employees and in 3 years we have establishes a great relationship with our customers, built a knowledge base on HR activities. We support countries in standardization of the processes and development of best practices across EMEA region.

As an HR Service Intern your primary functions would be to provide support the DACH Region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) for the HR matters below:

– Complete talent acquisition duties such as entering job requisitions, interview scheduling, and preparing interview packets

– Coordinate and arrange travel for candidates and coordinate necessary reimbursements.Modification of existing HR related documentation and documentation inventory

– Utilize case management system to effectively process and resolve assigned cases

– Other duties as assigned


Strong German capabilities

Preferred HR studies in BSc or MSc level

Experience with Microsoft applications

Quick learning

Ability to work on their own
