Management of Master Data with good Excel skillset
Thousands of customers, over 3,000 products, regular price adjustments, …
• A large amount of data that needs a manager
• Manual data entry into SAP on a daily basis, bulk data editing on a regular basis
• Extracting data from SAP and proccessing them with Excel
• Knowledge of macros is a big advantage
• Maintenance of pricing, materials and customer master data in SAP
• Administrator role for e-shop and electronic invoicing system
Communication with sales representatives and colleagues from logistics
• Mostly by email but also by phone. Hungarian and English. With CZ, SK, HU and headquarters in France.
• We deal with dozens of requests a day, each one takes you from 10 to 60 min.
• You need to be assertive – get the information you need from the other side, define your boundaries, …
• Intensive collaboration with the sales and logistics teams, mainly email communication on a daily basis
• Communication with customers
Data administration of the electronic invoicing system and e-shop
• Managing TotalEnergies solutions such as DocOnline and the internal data management system of our e-shop eLub.
We are looking for an eye that doesn’t miss a detail
• You will be working in a team of three dedicated to data administration for the logistics department. We have a total of 7 colleagues in Hungary and 19 people in the logistics department across Central Europe.
