Marketing Intern


We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in digital marketing such as social media, content and email marketing, and strategy and planning then this is for you.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities and bring enthusiasm to working in a dynamic and fast-paced start up environment. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns from research, analysis, monitoring and strategy planning. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform market analysis, research on competition and the latest trends in the IT and Recruitment industries
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, feedback, influencers and customer interests
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events and local meetups
  • Research into the behavior of our target audience on social media platforms
  • Help with developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Monitor, research and evaluate competitor’s marketing activity on acquisition channels and provide competitive analyses
  • Contribute to the creation of email campaigns and social media content


  • Current enrollment in a Marketing or related BS or Masters degree
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, particularly on social media platforms
  • Experience with market and competitor research, data analysis and presentation of findings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a passion for marketing
  • Outstanding multi-tasking abilities and communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in the IT and/or the Recruitment industry is a plus
